Women’s White Lace Dress – Beaded Neckline / Short Sleeves

This lovely short dress has a sheer white lining connected with thin spaghetti straps, which is made of small lacy flowers in vertical pattern. The short sleeves are gently gathered at the shoulder for fullness and have four rows of large beads at the cuff edge. The neck band has three rows of matching beads, same as the sleeves.
