Chiffon Midi Dress – Emerald Green / Front Tie / Short Sleeve / Ruffled Skirts

This is a lovely chiffon midi dress that comes in a deep, dramatic emerald green. It features a peasant style bodice that is elasticized around the moderately low, round neckline, under the bust and at the cuffs of the short sleeves. A tiny ruffle also appears at the cuff.
